BioWare is making good on its pledge to continue to support its acclaimed sci-fi epic Mass Effect 2 through downloadable content, as the developer has announced the first details and screens for its latest DLC, Lair of the Shadowbroker.
The newest downloadable chapter in Commander Shepard’s epic adventure finds him teamed up with his savior of sorts, the beautiful blue information broker, Liara T’Soni, as they track down and confront the dangerous Shadow Broker, whom Liara fought to "save" Shepard following Shepard’s death at the end of Mass Effect.
BioWare said last week that fans should expect to see the frequency of ME2 DLC releases to diminish as BioWare ramps up development on its Mass Effect 3 “bridging” DLC, so this announcement is a bit of a surprise given that the last story-based DLC, Overlord, just came out last month.
More details about Lair of the Shadowbroker should be coming shortly, such as pricing and release info, but for now, these new screens will have to do:

Awesome, I really can't wait for this piece of DLC.
Nice thing is I haven't played the game for a few months and the only DLC I've played is Kasumi's Lost Memory. Looks like when I do get around to doing another ME2 playthrough I'll have plenty of new content to go through. :D (Which is nice considering I've played through the game multiple times already)

I just started to play the first one again yesterday(it's been 2 years) and I bought the second one a couple of weeks ago to play right when I finish the first. Anyone know how many hours the first will take me to complete? I usually collect everything in games(and I have the DLCs for it).

I'm happy for new DLC, but I was so bored with Liara's story in Mass Effect 2. I thought the new alien squad-mates were way more interesting than her. She also became kind of evil or something; I didn't hang around her very long. As far as the relationships go, I hope that if you did someone in ME2, you can still have the option of choosing your ME1 love interest in ME3. It doesn't seem like you can, though. My next ME2 Sheppard will be a celibate monk, just in case.
