Proponents of the pigskin and devourer of deals, gather ‘round. Amazon is currently offering a pre-order deal for EA’s upcoming Madden NFL 11 that will save you some green on a future game purchase.
For a limited time, if you pre-order the latest installment in EA’s perennial football juggernaut, you’ll net yourself a shiny new $20 eGift card to put towards a future game purchase. The deal applies to the PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 versions only.
I was going to jokingly suggest that folks user the gift card to pre-order Madden 12, but then I realized that there actually might be some devout Madden followers out there who would actually consider doing that. So instead I’ll ask this: What are some of the changes you’re most looking forward to in Madden 11?

that's good, cause that's about how much the game depreciates the second your buy it, and they have to buy a new one the next year

few sports games are worth the 60 dollar price tag. NHL, MLB the show, and nba2k. And nba2k is pushing it. All the other ones especially the college ones, should be 40 tops. And seriously, the games do not hold their value at all.

Sell the roster update....I mean game for $20-$30 every year and I'll start buying them again.

dang that shoots me out...was gonna pre order this since I would play it enough to warrant the purchase..then use the 20 toward Cataclysm...but no PC games...oh well.

I could myself preordering it just to get the $20 credit and then return it after the credit clears.

Now that they brought in Gus Johnson to commentate, I'm having a hard time sticking with my "get it every other year" rule...
And I guess I'd like, no... LOVE to see better blocking for any ball carrier, and less sticky tackling.

Also, all of the Amazon gold box deals today are games.

Just wait til its $1.98 next year. Its amazing how low its value drops only after 1 year yet everyone still pays $60 a pop for "new".
$58 roster update FTW!
