Ubisoft might have bought some time by pushing back the release of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier yet again, but it appears the publisher is also using that time to work on a previously unannounced Ghost Recon game for the PlayStation Portable.
According to a new ESRB listing, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Predator has earned a Teen rating, and will contain the same level of tactical military action fans have come to expect from the series, with some salty language peppered in for good measure. Here's the full description:
"This is an action game/third-person shooter in which players engage in combat missions as part of an elite military unit. Players use a variety of machine guns, sniper rifles, grenades, and explosives to infiltrate hostile compounds and kill enemies. Gun fights are depicted realistically, with loud gun sound effects, large explosions, and characters that yell in pain when hit. Gunshots result in splashes or small clouds of red blood that disappear quickly. Characters use the words "sh*t," "b*tch," and "a*s" in the dialogue."
Ubisoft has several panels planned for Comic-Con 2010 this week, so perhaps we’ll hear more about the game in the coming days. Fortunately for you, G4 will be all over Comic-Con, so if any news breaks, we’ll have you covered.
