If developers' projections are met, the next full-fledged Zelda game, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, will be on shelves in early 2011. Producer Eiji Aonuma told Official Nintendo Magazine that "the basis we have now is very, very solid...early 2011-- that is what we're aiming for."
Although the game was originally expected in 2010, the new release window means we won't have to wait that long to try out Skyward Sword's revamped combat system, from-the-ground-up motion control, and otherwise reenter the Zelda universe, but it does mean you won't get it for Christmas.

@ CommanderZerg you can buy the wii motion plus attachments by themselves.
I already have 4 wii motion plus attachments so if it came with the attachment then it would be useless to me. So I hope it comes with only the game.

I'm betting the new Zelda game will be out between March and May in the USA but I probably won't see it in Australia until July or August next year.

I'd rather it came out near the summer like Mario Galaxy 2 did because if it's early as in the first 3 months then there's just gonna be a huge clustermuck since everybody and their mother is releasing games "Early/Spring 2011"

If it doesn't it'll be lame that I have to get wii sports resort just to get the attachment.
