Cheats and Walkthroughs

EA’s upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was listed as one of the Kinect launch games available as part of Walmart’s newly announced Kinect bundle. Funny thing is, EA hasn’t mentioned Kinect support for the game, and, in fact, they aren't planning to mention anything about it for the time being either.
When asked about the Deathly Hallows/Kinect listing, an EA representative told me, “We have not made any announcements or comments on this at this time.”
Unless Kinect does support object recognition after all, it could end up being a little awkward to cast wand-based spells in Deathly Hallows without that kind of tactile connection to said wand; not to mention that Sony’s PlayStation Move-supported Sorcery game is basically Sharry Botter, and is clearly a much more natural fit for motion-controlled wizardry.
Also, it would seem that Deathly Hallows for the PS3 will include Move support too if in fact the game does include motion control capabilities at all, although that would definitely be a toes-stepping scenario, so who knows. Guess it's only a matter of time now before we more about the Boy Who Kinected/Moved.
Should the need arise, feel free to E-Mail me your tips, suggestions, and/or personal philosophies, or follow me on Twitter.

Interesting Post about Harry Potter, I am a fan of Harry Potter...

I'm not sure how you can make a decision on the awkwardness of casting spells with or without holding something in your hand when you haven't even had the opportunity to have your hands on a "wandless game solution".

Guess that answers the question as to whether or not Kinect will offer anything other then "Rail" games. Clearly it can do other types of games as well, with no buttons needed.

thats would be kool if it does

Either this game works with Kinect and the 360 controller at the same time, or they have it come with a cheap stick that cost nothing to package with the game (or asks you to use a pencil like mentioned above) to get in wand movements.

Why does it need to recognize an object? Hasn't anyone figured out maybe just pick up a pencil... or even a stick?

Im a Huge 360 fanboy, in fact i even sold my PS3 just so i could pre-order Halo:Reach, with that being said... Sony's Move > Kinnect... besides a bunch of trashy Avatar games i have yet to see anything even remotely decent on the Kinnect in fact games like Kinnect-animals? are a insult to casual gamers and people in general.

When I read "Walmart Listing Outs Harry Potter," I thought you must have meant something on Craigslist.
