PopCap Teases Plants vs. Zombies Announcement

I don’t mean to tease your excitement region, but PopCap are pointing an undead finger at August 2 for what looks to be a Plants vs. Zombies-related announcement of some kind.

The teaser image, compliments of PC Gamer, offers little by way of info other than a the aforementioned date and a reference to San Francisco. An Xbox Live Arcade version of the fiercely addictive title is expected to be released sometime before the end of year, so perhaps next month will bring some more details about that and maybe future PvZ games as well.

It does indeed have characteristics of San Francisco with the red Golden Gate Bridge and the letters "S. F."
