I remember the old and good 2d sonic and yea I'm not even 20 yet... but I am a die-hard sonic fan, and even I was a little miffed with a few of the past games but now that Sega's heard the people they'll follow them.

I'm excited for the G4 review. IGN and Joystiq gave favourable reviews. If this game gets a 3 or higher, I'm buying. I miss Sonic.

Sega is good at taking things with Sonic that worked and keeping it its just when they try to correct the mistakes they make it worse or a little better. Sonic Unleashed, Sonic Rush Adventures, and Sonic Chronicles Dark Brotherhood, these where all games trying to get Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 out of our heads an they worked. Reason? If you look at each of the games they give a 2.5D platformer and a return of Badniks and Green Hill Zone. Sega finally knows we like sonic with both 3D and 2D or 2.5D. I'm guessing that when Sonic Unleashed received the Platinum award that Sega knew they got it right. Sonics final to fix is the story telling and staying true from Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic Colors looks like it can have a chance to compete against Mario again. This may shock you but Sonic was better than Mario in 1990 - 1996. I know thats amazing and now it may return.

why are so many people bitching about this, i mean sega pretty much corrected there mistake with sonic unleashed, and now we have a good ol speedy sonic game with good amount of play time(checked myself) and you mix in some ol school 2Dness and all those so called diehard fans out there are bitching about how they want another adventure series! don't get me wrong i love the first adventure and its a great game but just like the less great SA2/2B and later installments it had its bad parts, but true sonic fans didn't give a flip about it! so there is no reason to bag on this game especially when THE GOD DANG GAME HASN'T EVEN HIT STORES AND WON'T BE FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS!!! which means that Sega has time to pollish the game and fix anyhting that is currently broken.

You guys don't even deserve to be fans, because if you were fans of sonic you would except sega's games and not cry about every single ordeal. THEY ARE TRYING.... but you guys just stick the middle finger at them.

Alright you know what guys, you need to shut the hell up. Because really, sonic colors will probably be the best 3d sonic game out. And you guys keep on bitching, saying oh! this will suck because it's not like sonic advanture, It is two thousand and freakin 10 not 1999, Sega is trying to make you guys happy but all you do is bitch slap them in the face. Im happy for sonic 4 and colors im looking forward to it. But you guys really need to shut up.

Why wont they just make Sonic Adventure 3 already. Sonic Colors? Because that sounds like a game I'd want to play...and on Wii. They have to realize that hardcore Sonic fans are in their 20's now, and we don't wan't to see "wisps" and Werehogs. We want a good game engine, experienced story line, and to keep it Sonic...no gimmicks. The game mechanics in Sonic Adventure were perfect minus the Big fishing levels.

Listening to that lady talk was painful and this just looks like another failed sonic game. Wheres Dr. Robotnik?!

Hopefully they won't screw up sonic 4.

Yeah that was pretty rough to listen to. I can only imagine how much talking she had to do.

Jesus, get the woman some hot tea STAT! I wonder how many times she had to do that presentation to get her voice like that...I do not envy publicists.
