New Team Fortress 2 Engineer Update Details

Day two of this week's Team Fortress 2 Engineer Update countdown event has revealed two new bits of info to go along with yesterday's Frontier Justice announcement: a new diabolical gadget called The Wrangler and the new Payload Map, “Upward.”
