It sounds like a nice way to make justice to the pirate games that have come out. Their idea of going away from the original time line will give another feel to the series, it worked for knights of the old republic. I hope that with the appearance of Captain Sterling you will also find sailor Klepek, admiral Heppe and commodore Sessler.

Looking forward to this, been wanting a good pirate game for a while, but a non strategy based one, 1 that's more RPG-ish. Was hoping to hear more about it, thanks Patrick.

This game has every reason to be terrible, but from the vague and missing something that sets it apart from other games, it still sounds like it could be very fun. Hopefully they get a better developer to tell what the game is about. This guy didn't seem like he wanted to play this game..

Some people may think it's a Fable rip off, but who cares. I want this game. Hopefully it will be something to do justice to PotC.
