Haven't played a wrestling game since the first Smackdown! one on PS1 - this looks interesting though. I love the arcade-style play they're pushing. Definitely keeping an eye on it.

This makes me want another game the Def Jam series, Icon sucked, but if they could make improvements on the Fight for NY formula. Could you imagine how brutal the finishers could be, or if you could make your own?

The control schemes are all changing with the advancements in todays gaming technology in the next few years you will see most games motion controlled only that is unless this trend dies out but if done correctly thiey will be around and add a whole new level of interactivity with the games. Now on the subject of this game alone. I think from the preview the sprites look amazing however rediculously jacked they make the wresters look. I think the Blitz style of gameplay looks fun so this would be a game worth giving a shot

Why cant THQ go back to the old control scheme of the N64? Playing wrestling games is garbage now, although I'd most likely give this one a shot.

I agree with mike swagger, but if they can pull this off, who's to say that they won't implement some of the elements from this game into the new SvR. Hopefully i'll be able to create more than just a front grapple or an aerial move this time. or, just take out create-a-finisher and actually make a season mode story line thats longer than just 15 repetitive ass matches.

There's nothing like the wrestling games back on the N64, there has been anything much better since.

Instead of THQ making 2 half assed games, how about they spent all there time on one and actually make it playable, on SvR 2010 you cant even jump off of ladders in the right direction for gods sake
