Look up There! It’s the long lost Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 downloadable content that came and went after a limited run on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live! That’s right. Activision has announced that it has reissued the DLC for another limited run that will end December 31, 2010.
For those players who missed out on the DLC the first time around, the pack includes five playable characters—Magneto, Black Panther, Carnage, Psylocke, and Cable—as well as four new challenge missions, and it’s available now on PSN for $9.99 and Xbox Live for 800 Microsoft Points.
Anyone particularly pleased that this DLC has returned?

I very pleased because I just got a PS3 in May. However I can't find the DLC on the PS3 Network anywhere. I thought it was available now.

I liked it better when they made their own storyline....with the comic missions covering the comic story territory...
plus the 4 different costumes..each with their own stats? Awesome....though swapping on the fly is very welcomed....
Still...with all the trophy glitches and xp glitches and whatnot...it makes the whole thing taste a bit worse....then the DLC issues? BLEH!!
Bringing it back is a good step....bringing it back for good...would have been a better step...need something limited? Drop the price by half from here to december...

the rumor is the original dlc was freezing games and causing errors

why don't they just make it permanent?! I remember that out of all my friends i was the only one who got it and I had to delete it if I wanted to play with my friends. I hate how they make it limited time. Just make it permanent! You make more money that way anyways. I don't know what they are thinking. Do they think they will get more people to buy it if it's limited time?!

I thought the new Downlodable content was good. I've been playing these games since the Xmen game that came out for the first Xbox. Since I am a big comic fan, and enjoy the Marvel games, UA2 was really good in sticking close to the Civil War series and bringing out characters I've always wanted to see in a video game. But I would've wished to see a couple of the characters from the first UA make an apperance on the sequel.

This game came out last year to mediocre reviews. Why would I still own this unless I was a big marvel fan.
