There have been bad Transformers games, mediocre Transformers games, and every once in a while, a mostly-acceptable Transformers game. But there hasn't really been one that really nails the feeling of being an overpowered giant robot that can turn into a overpowered giant vehicle at will. That is, until War for Cybertron. With Patrick guest hosting in Adam's absence, we explore the latest retelling of Autobots vs. Decepticons with Abbie, myself, and resident Transformers expert Matt Keil. Consequently, we end up exploring our childhoods in the process.
Secondary Mission Objectives:
- Entertainment is fragmenting, converging, and re-diverging on our gaming consoles. Who's figured it out, where are we turning for our TV, sports, and stories, and how much are we willing to pay?
- Despite no-showing at E3, Michel Ancel recently said that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is still in the works. Time to change our predictions on whether or not the game will actually be released!
- Sony says they're going to do more than just Sly Cooper HD remakes for PS3. What do you want? What do we want?
- Who knew My Little Pony could be so dark?

Ok Transformers game. Please do a copy and paste of the format because it ROCKS and i really think they got the horde/ counterstrike game mode really well by "getting the best of BOTH worlds"

That they're just waiting for KH3 to come out before putting out HD-Remastered versions of the first two, and putting them in a Trilogy package for the PS3 or something.
Once that happens, I'll definitely be buying a PS3 [Slim].

My only gripe with the game is that it feels clunky - not very weighty/visceral.
Otherwise, Transformers: WFC is freakin' AWESOME.

I like how you brought up ideas to make PlayStation Plus more appealing. I think if you have PlayStation Plus and buy a new game in a series (like Metal Gear Solid 5) that they would give you the old PS1 or PS2 update version (like Metal Gear solid) for free. I would definitely get it then. Even if they let you do that for only one or two it would still be worth it.

I can understand playstation idea of making the plus since they want to follow suit with Microsoft and there gold and silver tier's. I can already see more thought being put behind the microsoft with giving a little more extra then others and a discount on games. But at the same time their are things that should just be a standard on the console should do like background downloading. It really comes down each player time use on the system and their overall loyalty to it. I have bother console and a gold account on xbox live but have recently been on my ps3 more. I don't plan to get plus as of this moment due to the lack of appeal by plus. I can still play online with others for free and like stated in the feedback ep. with being able to download a game and play the first 60 min of it then be asked if you would like to buy doesn't sway me if it takes forever to get and then I don't like the game.

PSN+ at present moment is not a good deal .The 3 months for 16 is perfect ,a year meh pushing it. I bought the year only because I had a 50 dollar PSN card I've never used. But so far in terms of downloads I have made all my money back. Compared to XBL, I say I like PSN/PSN+ better because I can still game with friends for free. Compared to XBL I save a lot more money. The more content they add each month (which they have said they will and expand on PSN+) I can say the 50 dollars is justified. But 16 bucks for 3 months is a great IMO.

who doesn't want a LOTR game using KoTOR-Style continuity? It could be called The Last Alliance and it would focus on the fight against sauron. The Silmarillion is full of little stories that could be games too.

Another great Feedback show. With that said I think the hosts forget that most fans out there only actually own one system. Thats why you get so much of this fanboy beefing back in forth on this site. So when they talk about double paying for XBL and PSN+ that doesn't actually apply to most gamers out there. Speaking personally I just have a PS3 and a PSP so I want my investment in that system to continue to provide me as much in that one box as possible. I was happy enough when I bought it but every new addition the put into it (Move, PSN+, etc.) just adds to that to remind me why I don't need a stack of consoles and that they want to keep me as a customer. Microsoft seems to be attempting to do the same thing. So as fans of those consoles I think we're happy to get these things overall.

They Should make a transformer game where you play as Shia Labouef on Cybertron and get ripped to shreds and torn apart through out the game on accusations of playing in bad Transformers movies. Also ,a great Feedback!!!!!!!

You guys talk about how you wish Beyond Good and Evil, GTA: San Andreas and Vice City were all in HD and how much better they would be, Well guess what I've been playing all these games for years in glorious 1920x1080 resolution. Do you guys not own a gaming PC? You guys are professional game journalists and you don't own a gaming PC? one of the biggest gaming platforms?
All three of these games have been on sale on steam, GTA: SA was just on sale for $3.50 on steam a couple days ago there is no reason you should not own it and yes it does look awesome and the game could be modded to look even better.
I honestly don't understand how you guys could not game on the PC when covering gaming is your job. You guys even going to discuss Starcraft 2 anytime soon? or do you not play RTS either?
