If you enjoyed the graphically enhanced God-slaying action of last year's God of War Collection for the PS3, you're in luck: According to Shuhei Yoshida, president of SCE's Worldwide Studios, Sony plans to release more PlayStation 2 games in HD in the future.
"Santa Monica Studios had the brilliant idea to upgrade and improve God of War for PS3 with the God of War Collection that we released last year," Yoshida told IGN. "There were a lot of positive reactions from consumers in doing that, and now we get a lot of suggestions for types of packs they'd like to see...So we are looking to continue to do these HD conversions."
At E3 2010, The Sly Collection was revealed, and there are rumors of Team Ico collection as well.
What PlayStation 2 titles would you like to see re-introduced with spiffed-up graphics? Personally, I'd like to see Red Dead Revolver, and the Twisted Metal games get some HD-love.

Series they should do:
Arc the Lad (either top 2 most popular or whole series)
Devil May Cry (iffy about #2)
Onimusha
Shadow Hearts
Parasite Eve
Grandia
Blue22
I would like to see:
MGS (Like everyone else)
Socom1 - 3
Guitar Hero 1-3
...More to come

I am disappointed in the lack of support for Onimusha! All 4 were great! How about some HD love for it!

The PS2 Ratchet & Clank Trilogy would make a fantabulous collection. The original, Going Commando, and Up Your Arsenal. I'd love that to be redone. With the Future series, they already have the engine, the groundwork is already there. Not too hard, is it?

How about the GTA Stories collection? Maybe the real version of Yakuza 3.

Yea, I'm of the mindset that I shouldn't have to go out and re-buy games (THAT I STILL HAVE!) just to have the chance to play them on my ps3. If only they would've kept backwards compatibility (or at least bring it back), my dream of being able to put a ps2 in my ps3 slim would not be just make.believe....
But if I must, I'll take the Team Ico collection, a Metal Gear Anthology, Final Fantasy X - XII, Xenosaga 1-3, Zone of the Enders 1 and 2, RE4, and Battlefront 1 and 2 (since we may be waiting forever for 3).
Oh and Dark Alliance 1 and 2, Champions of Norrath and Return To Arms, X-Men Legends 1 and 2, and The Hobbit would be nice too.

i never got around to playing Shadow of the Colossus, and all ive ever heard is that its the business, so that would be nice.

I liked the Vigilante 8 games more than any of the Twisted Metals...

If they released a Battlefront Collection for the PS3 that uses it's online-multiplayer I would probobly throw my Xbox in the fireplace.

Ratchet & Clank, RE4, Scarface: The World Is Yours, Red Dead Revolver, Shadow of the Colossus and Okami, just to name a few.

I figured they were thinking about it when they outright put the question in a survey...and specifically referenced Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.....
I stuck to first party games on my list....though certainly wouldn't mind a MGS collection..though it'd need lots of extras...MGS Integral, MGS2-Substance, MGS3-Subsistance....MGO with the expansions...would like the handheld games too but I doubt it'll ever happen...
Anyway...my list was..
Sly Cooper - (before it was announced)
Ratchet & Clank series
Jak & Daxter series
Ico, Shadow of the Colossus
Twisted Metal Series
Syphon Filter series
The Getaway 1, 2

Not a huge surprise. They asked me to take a survey about the GoW collection and series only later to ask if I'd be interested in other compilations and to specify which. The restricting factor was "series" meaning 2 or more games per title heading. Too bad for the one-hit-wonders out there like Psychonauts. Although, that doesn't mean they couldn't remaster such titles. Just toss it on the squeal's disk- everyone wins.

Grand theft auto San Andreas its was the most complete grand theft auto yet , i mean u could fly a car in that game , they should make a remake of the game on ps3

Well since the sly collection was announced and the HD update of Medal of Honor frontline which will be included with the PS3 version of Medal of Honor and the team ico collection is defiantly going to come out before the last guardian. I want them to put out the Jak and Daxter collection, Prince of Persia collection Ratchet and Clank collection and since the announced Heroes on the move with Ratchet and clank, jak and daxter, and sly I guarantee we will get those HD updates but the prince of Persia updates are probably a long shot.

I would love to see Crash Bandicot and Parasite Eve get re-released with HD graphics. :D

Something a bit obscure and not translated yet: Sakura Taisen or Sakura Wars. The fifth one was released recently, but it'd be nice to play the original.

Metal Gear Solid, & Ratchet and Clank.

Let's see...
Okami, The Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Trilogy, Resident Evil 4 (with more/new weapons, and possibly another Ada or Leon mission add-on, or perhaps a Hunk mission where you comb through the ruins of the town/castle/Island at the end), Sly Cooper (wait... we're already getting that. Hooray! Now make a Sly 4, SuckerPunch!), and Silent Hill 2 (still THE scariest game ever made).
