Remedy Hiring For "AAA Console Project"

Remedy Too Small To Develop Alan Wake For PC And Xbox 360

Alan Wake developer Remedy Games is hard at work on downloadable content for their acclaimed psychological thriller, and they have expressed interest in a Wake sequel, which is why it’s hardly surprising that the developer is currently hiring for what they are referring to as a “AAA console project.”

INC Gamers spotted the listing for a senior producer on Remedy’s site, and besides your standard prerequisites list, there isn’t much to it, which means it isn't clear if it’s for something Alan Wake related or if it's an entirely new IP. I’ve reached out to Remedy for clarification, so I’ll let you know if I hear anything.

Remedy has two downloadable episodes in the pipeline for Wake, the first of which (“The Signal”) releases next month, with the second (“The Writer”) releasing later this year. Remedy has said that there are currently no plans for more DLC beyond these, but that could change if the first two perform well enough.
