James Bond finally returns to the gaming world, and this time, he looks a lot like Daniel Craig. Weird, isn't it? Check out the E3 2010 trailer for Goldeneye 007 for the Wii.

I will defiantly buy this game if i played the original goldeneye nonstop why would i be dumb enough not to buy it.

Only for the Wii??? That's disappointing. I was very interested in this game, but I'm not buying a Wii just to play it.

Making unlockable items for online multiplayer is always a good move. It should be one of the main steps they should take in multiplayer, voice communication too, but I regretted getting my wii a few days after I bought it. I don't regret it after watching this trailer.

I was considerably excited until I saw how terrible the graphics were. SERIOUSLY? its been, what, 13 years since goldeneye and those graphics really arent much better than the N64! Plus, if this game is gonna be played via wiimote, I cant picture it being any better than any CoD game that was released on the platform. total disapointment

Have any of you wii haters even played a wii? this game is still totally gonna be awesome, even though it's on an "inferior" system.

Still, I can't say that I'm not disappointed that they're not remaking the original for VC or XBLA download like they did with Perfect Dark. Even though this game looks solid, they are still just trying to capitalize on the goldeneye name with a new "goldeneye" game like they did with "rogue agent."

I'd be siked if they did both.

When I saw a new Goldeneye, I was dang that would be tight if they could redo, and be the best shooter game again. I had a smile, but then it instantly went down when I saw "exclusively for Wii". That is so lame. Seriously a shooter on Wii = fail. The graphics look exactly the same too, lol. now that is just sad. Put this on the xbox360 and ps3 with modern graphics and it would be awesome and sell tons. But seriously, the Wii? ..... :(

all you morons are hating this for the wrong reasons. "oh noes it's daniel craig!!" stfu "it's nothing like goldeneye!!" have you guys played the original? it looks exactly the same!! literally, you can see how far the nintendo processors have come since the N64. (i.e. no progress at all) there is however, no reason for this to be a Wii exclusive. Make a wii port if you have to, but the Wii is such a limited console... limited hardware, limited controls, ugh.

I feel like I'm the only person who is actually excited that Craig was chosen over Brosnan. I mean, for nostalgia's sake, it's a bit saddening. However, Craig best exemplifies the Bond in the novels than the other Bonds have (and the novels are insanely good.) The other Bonds were suave; Craig (and the book Bond) is not only suave but ruthless and cold-blooded (he gets scars, people. SCARS!) It's a change that I'm looking forward to checking out. I'm psyched!
Maybe they'll have some unlockable level you can play as Brosnan so everyone is happy?

Craig is the best bond so far the rest of them were campy and did not make me think of people that could kill me or anyone. Craig at-least seems like if he walked in to a fight he would be the one coming out alive. The reason the new movies are well received is due to this fact, and because they are more plausible that the old ones.

I saw in another video that this game is compatible with the Classic Controler (which has two analog sticks for those who don't know), so stop whining about it. Nintendo knows what they are doing.

Funny, this attachment to the 007 movies based on books and deviated so far and away from them that it was nearly unrecognizable. So they pick up Daniel Craig and decide to start over and do it right but, guess what? People hate it because he doesn't play the ridiculous character that so many actors had previously. Decent movie, good game but, at some point you have to let go of your ego based nostalgia and let characters grow up.
