Greg Goodrich joined the stage at the Sony press conference to reveal a new exclusive deal for Medal of Honor, which will be released on October 12, 2010. Fans who purchase the special edition package will receive a HD remastered version of the 2002 Medal of Honor: Frontline, only for the PS3. Woot!

I'm reading a lot of how this game looks like MW2. I'm thinking that it looks more like BFBC2. Even one of the beta maps looks like a Battlefield recycle. And the game play looked like an unpolished version of BFBC2 with add ins from previous Battlefield games. I really haven't seen anything that is pushing the envelope with this one...
But I could very easily stand corrected after I play it for a bit. These are just my first impressions from pics and vids released so far...

pretty sad how u think this looks like mw2, im sorry..but that missile strike in the trailer? yaa that was in bad company 1 before IW even had the idea of predator missile, holosight? yep military uses them so..they are too cuz its a MILITARY GAME, guns? lol nothing in this looks like mw2 buds sorry, nor should any game be compared to mw2 or any game, its a war game..dont like that it has guns and that other stuff too? get over it..its not COD and COD will prolly take a big hit from this. now before u go saying im a fanboy i own every COD and i played them A LOT, mw2 does suck, mw1 is amazing, but MOH is coming strong this year..

I wonder how one goes about making any military shooter that doesn't look like any other shooter... Personally, I'm okay with them seeming similar as long as MOH addresses some of the issues that have been pissing off MW2 players. (boosters, crappy matchmaking, etc) I'm holding my breath that Dice has been listening and will make every effort to make this game's multi-player truly epic.

For those playing at home, Frontline was the greatest Medal of Honor game ever and probably the most epic shooter at its time.

Noticed the Multiplayer looked A LOT like MW2, hopefully the gun club allows you to get guns for this game.. that'd be awesome.. and I saw some M203 action in there.. DEATH TO THE NOOB TUBE
