Wow. There is so much going on right now. The level of excitement surrounding this year's E3 is insane. But before we run off to the show floor we HAD to give you another episode of The MMO Report. This time we've got the first look at a new trailer for Jumpgate Evolution, information about the release window for DC Universe Online, and of course what would a Thursday be without Uncle Casey's Mail Bag. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to take a short nap under my desk.

Update: Just to clarify, Guild Wars 2 will be shown but not playable at Comic Con, but will be at Gamescom and PAX.

Guild wars 2 looks AMAZING! Don't get me wrong but the small details can have as much affect as the big ones. The places in which Guild Wars 1 messed up at was the level 20 level cap, the no mounts those being the big mess ups and one small detail is that it the game doesn't even allow you to fall off of cliff. Not even a cliff. Just a small little slope you can't even walk down. These small little slopes that are impassible in Guild wars philosophy are what we like to call hills!

Have you guys heard about the situation between Trion Worlds and Palladium Books? If not you guys should take a look at this. I've not been a fan at all of this whole Mailbag thing... 99% of the mail is not even MMO related... it's just stupid sophmoric jokes and childish nonsense you make with buddies in a bar.... the show has slipped a LOT in quality with this idiotic mailbag crap.
If you're going to take viewer mail, could you please make it MMO or gaming related? Seriously, the "jokes" from the mail are not funny and a re a waste of time.

While it's sad to know that the MMO Report will be MIA for at least a few weeks, I'm glad you'll be basking in the warm Bacteria ridden glow of E3 with Adam, Morgan, Kevin, and the rest of G4's crazy kids. On a side note, I'm not all that jazzed about LotRO going F-2-P, mostly because I have to agree with the dedicated fan-base that it's going to send that game's close community downhill fast. There's always the chance it won't, but those aren't great Vegas odds. As to Jumpgate, well, I still really don't care for the game. I still don't know why, just doesn't Rev my nerd engine. DCUO does though, a GREAT deal. DCUO and TOR are pretty much at the top of the list. As for why Casey doesn't talk about Eve Online? Well, that's cause this is the "MMO Report" not the "Second Job Report". (Laughs) Am I right?

Good luck Casey @ E3 do the fans proud. Also I want to give you props on the Steve Jobs impersonation in the 'trail' video you did I lol so hard when I saw you spoofing the trail from Superman I forgot all the crappy things that happened that day and several days afterwards.

go look on the guild wars 2 site, they are going to go to Europe and let them play a demo/beta sort. Then they are coming back for USA :D One step closer to Guild Wars goodness!
