In honor of next week’s E3, Epic Games have announced they will be holding a 6x--count ‘em, 6x--XP event for its freshly updated Gears of War 2.
Epic's Rod Fergusson confirmed via Twitter that the weeklong event will start on June 14 at 9am EDT and last until 9am EDT at June 21.
I know it's going to be hard for you diehard Gears fans to pull yourselves away from the 6x madness next week, but don't forget about E3, because G4 and G4tv.com are going to bringing you more coverage than you'll know what to do with, so you'd better be there to enjoy it. That is, of course, you'd rather not find out all about Gears of War 3. It's up to you.

Broken multiplayer out of the box but has slowly gotten a bit better. hopefully they have actually fixed this game and i agree with the comment about it feeling like a beta for gears 3.

Social Annex is my favorite playlist in GoW2. I am hoping to maximize that glorious sextuple experience weekend and attempt to inch closer to level 100.
