Ubisoft hasn’t said much about the new Driver, the upcoming installment in the long-running Driver series, but that’s going to change next week during E3 when the game will receive its official unveiling. In the meantime, though, Ubisoft has gone and ahead and released a new teaser trailer for the game that not-so-subtly reveals that the game will most likely be set in San Francisco.
Check out the video for yourselves to spot the incriminating bit of evidence. (Here's a hint: it involves a San Francisco 49ers key chain.)
It’s actually not that big of a reveal since rumors about the game being set in SF have been going around for a while now, especially since Ubisoft registered the domain “Driversanfranciscogame.com” back in April. Of course, registering domains doesn't stand as an official announcement, but it's a good indicator of things to come. Fortunately, we won't have to wait much longer for answers as all will be officially revealed next week.

interesting Drivers 1 and 2 were good. But 3 was crap. Hope we get to see what hapenes to tanner In number 2.

yes, finally a game for real gamers,not murderers in wait. Now we just need Baldurs Gate 3, Demons Crest,and a new Burnout that isn't online multiplayer,and we are set!

i loved that tutorial mission in the first driver. but its true. the more they let you get out of your car, the worse the game got. stick to what its about. driving.

I loved the First driver, hopefully they will go back to what made it fun. All car based driveing action. No more of this GTA rip off stuff. Driv3r was Rubbish and the game was 100% unplayable cause of it's horribly out of car controles and mechanics.
It better be nothing But just Pure car action. Epic chases, And have the replay editor.
Also wish list, some scripted chases, That would create much more of a epic feel to some of the stuff in the game. Not saying i want every Mission or chase be scripted. but have some big moments where they force you into the side alleys, take a jump and stuff like that.
Better Cop A.I.
As in they try to pit you, surround you, road block ahead (like the need for speed games) instead of just bashing you left and right.
Any out of car action be Cut Scene only.. if you want to make it interactive, do so like the RE games with the Simon Says button commands. and keep it to the min for those.
those would be my things i would want the most.
and oh yeah. good damage moddling to the cars :P
