Cheats and Walkthroughs
Even though Square Enix has released a number of Final Fantasy games on Nintendo DS, none have been original games; they've all been ports or upgrades of existing Final Fantasy games. That changes with Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light, coming his October for the handheld.
Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light comes from the same team of developers who worked on previous Final Fantasy games for DS, specifically, Final Fantasy III and Final Fantasy IV. Character designer Akihiko Yoshida, who contributed to Final Fantasy XIII, is also on-board.
The key difference between this and other story-focused Final Fantasy games is featuring both a single and multiplayer mode. In multiplayer, up to four can work towards saving the world. Changes to the combat include an "Action Point Combat System," where more powerful attacks are enabled by saving up "action points" during battle, and an elaborate "Crown Job System."
Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light arrives on DS on October 5.
