When the curtain closes on Lost tonight, what's a Lost fan to do? Rewatch the series with new enlightenment? Drink until the mysteries make sense? Nope. You're going to turn on Rock Band.
In the near future, likely in the next few days, both Driveshaft's "You All Everybody" and Geronimo Jackon's "Dharma Lady" are going to show up on the Rock Band Network, I'm told. The songs briefly made an appearance on creators.rockband.com, but have since disappeared before their debut.
Driveshaft is the rock group of the one and only Charlie Pace, while Geronimo Jackson is a bit of a Lost in-joke. References to the 1970s band are littered throughout the series, including a poster inside John Locke's high school locker. "Dharma Lady" is actually available now on iTunes right now.
Rock Band Network songs are immediately available for Xbox 360. Popular tracks are transported by Harmonix to PlayStation 3 and Wii. Sadly, I don't know if the Lost songs will appear on either one.
The story of Lost may have come to an end, but the fun -- and the rock -- doesn't have to.
