You ever see an ex-addict that can't stop using the internet? It's not pretty. We're all so attached to our computers and phones - when does it become a problem? Hard core addiction isn't so obvious when it doesn't involve drugs or alcohol or gambling or illegal/immoral activity. Most of us won't lose a job or friends and family due to an internet addiction, but obviously there are people right next to us getting lost in a sea of 1's and 0's. If somewhere down the line, you find yourself spending hour upon hour in front of a screen and placing your goals and creativity and intimate relationships on the back burner, it may be time to take a serious look at where you're headed.
