According to sources in the know (and by that I mean contacts in the deadly yet rewarding retail sector), Nintendo is planning to release a black Wii bundle in North America on May 9.
Sources tell Kotaku that the bundle will include a black Wii, the same one that’s been available in Japan since last year, a copy of Wii Sports Resort and a Wii MotionPlus adapter. The asking price is said to be $199.99, and early reports have it being available at Target, GameStop, Future Shop and FYE.
Of course, none of this has been confirmed so don’t get your pre-order pantaloons in a bunch just yet.

Saw a rumor yesterday about a possible black 360 on the way. Are they trying to look more like the PS3?

It's all part of their plan. Release black wii-motes and nunchucks that in no way match the original console, then release the black console six months later. Brilliant!
