Chances are, if you’re veins pump with protoss, terran and/or zerg blood, you’ve probably been enjoying the StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty beta for a while now. But for those who were unable to secure a spot in Blizzard’s closed beta for the moderately anticipated PC sequel you should know that GameStop wants to help you out.
See, all you have to do is pre-order the game through GameStop, and you’ll be sent an invitation for the SCII beta. If you pre-order online, you’ll receive your code within one business day (or you can go into the store the next day and pick it up), and if you pre-order the game in the actual store, the code will just be printed on your receipt. Easy peasy.
I can’t foresee this happening, but you should know that once the beta code is yours, you can’t cancel your pre-order. (Poor you. Stuck with SCII.)
Has anyone taken advantage of this offer yet?
