2K’s first batch of downloadable content for its nightmarish shooter BioShock 2 was released last month. Since then, we haven’t heard much about 2K’s plans for future DLC for the game, and that trend continued. However, thanks to Microsoft’s Major Nelson, and his latest Xbox Live Marketplace update, we now know the name, price and scheduled release date for the next bit of BioShock 2 DLC.
It’s called “Rapture Metro,” and it will be available on Xbox Live on April 29 for 800 Microsoft Points. Since that’s all the information that’s available about the DLC right now, I’d say the price is the most notable bit of info, since it’s twice what the Sinclair Solutions multiplayer DLC cost, suggesting a much more substantial chunk of content this time around.
I’m waiting to hear back from 2K about the DLC, so I’ll let you know if I hear anything.

I found this on another site..."it will feature six new multiplayer maps, a new "Rebirth" feature, two new multiplayer masks, a bonus "Kill 'Em Kindly melee mode" and three new achievements. If that's not enough, the DLC will also raise the multiplayer rank to 50".
Don't know if this is correct or not. Anyway I'm selling this game because apparently they don't want to support the single player and the multiplayer just isn't that great (after the initial novelty wears off) in my opinion. Oh well, it was fun to play through once, but when you know the story there isn't much to keep you coming back when you don't like the multiplayer.

I didn't even complete Bioshock 2. Got about halfway through it and was bored out of my mind. It just didn't captivate me like the first one did. It's just not as interesting...you can't go back to the well if it's the same old water every time.

If it's a story expansion I'd like to see a new weapon added, or some new upgrades. A image of a 4 barreled spear gun just flashed in my head while typing this typing this, 2k make it happen.
