You may have noticed that March 2010 has come and passed, and yet there’s still no sign of Activision’s atmospheric, time manipulation-infused shooter Singularity. “I did notice that, Jake. What gives?”
Well, you might remember that Activision bumped Singularity’s release date until March 2010 to give Modern Warfare 2 as much of center stage as possible last year. Clearly, the game didn't come out last month. However, the dry spell of Singularity info comes to an end today as Activision has released a new trailer for the time-bending FPS from Raven Software that not only shows off some mighty fine looking gameplay, but also reveals the game’s new release date: June 29.
I’ve been looking forward to this game something fierce since I saw it at E3 2009, and from the looks of the trailer, the game is shaping up to be something wild. Check out the trailer below:

I toured Raven Software last year and as expected, everything except a few screen were under wraps. They told us the premise of the game and since then, I've been patiently waiting for it's release. I'm going to pick this up on day one!

My only problem with this game so far--when you age-reverse adults, instead of turning them into children or babies it supposedly just softens up their bodies and confuses them into attacking anyone nearby.
That weapon could have been so much cooler.

This looks like it is going to do what Time Shift failed at. I like how at :55 he kills the guy by accelerating his age into decomposition.

This game looks awesome. I did notice a kind of "Bioshock" feel to it during the trailer but thats cool. Bioshock is an awesome series.
Hopefully this wont disappoint.

can anyone say bioshock ripoff??? never the less it still looks like a class game that i will probably grab even though i hate bioshock im hoping this shines where they epically fail. mainly the pacing of the game and the controls. ps...i already got 1000 G on splinter cell: conviction...oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

..If this turns out to be as awesome a game as it's new trailer shows it to be, then I'm getting the game, regardless of how SIHTTY Activision has become (in regards to the whole Activision VS West & Zampella thing).
There's no reason for missing out on & boycotting a (potentially) good game that one has been anticipating for quite some time. Even if said game in question comes from the hands of the slimy Activision.
In short, if the game's awesome, give it the credit & play time it deserves..regardless of who it's parents are.
[However, there ARE exceptions of course. I only advocate that reason on a case-by-case basis, as it won't apply in ALL cases.]
