Skate 3 Demo Out Today

Just a friendly reminder to all you rad thrashers and mad tricksters out there (clearly, I’m quite unfamiliar with skating culture). The demo for EA and Black Box’s latest installment in their acclaimed wheels-on-wood simulator Skate 3 is now available on Xbox Live, and should be hitting PlayStation Network as well later in the day.

The demo includes single-player and multiplayer challenges (Domination, Own the Lot, Hall of Meat, etc.), a taste of the new Skate.School feature, and the ability to customize the game’s University District using 24 unique items. Players will also be able to record their skating antics and upload the footage to Skate.Reel.

Sounds like there should be plenty to keep Skate fans occupied until the full game rolls around May 11. Anyone tried out the demo yet? What do you think so far?

Should the need arise, feel free to E-Mail me your tips, suggestions, and/or personal philosophies, or follow me on Twitter.
