In the event that you're a PS3 or PC owner who's been waiting to rack up some kills for The Lost or blow up a garage full of cars for a Russian mobster, you'll be slightly dismayed by the following news: Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City has been delayed for two weeks.
According to a recently-received e-mail from the publisher, Sony Europe requested some "minor content changes" to the PAL version of the disc, which bumps the release from March 30 to April 13 in North America (April 16 in PAL-land). The Rockstar rep also clarified:
"Despite our best efforts to work through this quickly, the two weeks were needed to complete submission. We understand and sympathise with the fans that will be upset by this delay. We want to assure our fans that the minor changes made to the game will not affect the gamers (sic) enjoyment of the games, these will not affect any gameplay elements and were not related to any local ratings requirements.
So, can you handle a two week-long wait after a year and some change since The Lost & Damned dropped on Xbox Live?

Thank God. Since my 80 gig backwards compat ps3 yellow lighted a couple weeks ago this will give me time to catch up on all the games that came out this month and buy a new ps3. I have Dragon age expansion, God of war 3, final fantasy 13, and resident evil 5 gold to play. no time for gta.

I own a 360 and still haven't played these yet, even though I thought GTA4 was fantastic. I guess I have been waiting for a quiet moment inbetween releases to jump into it. I hope I have spelled everything correctly here, the words on not appearing on my screen as I type them. Weird.

I heard GTA5 is going to come out in 2011...if thats true then next year is looking awesome already...rumors are that GTA5, Gears3, and Killzone 3 will be 2011....O_O

It doesn't matter if the game (GTA4) is a couple of years old, the DLC is great for anyone who liked the original game. In fact, I would venture to say that the DLC is better than the original game in some respects. It is definitely worth your time if you are a fan of GTA4.
Also, it will give an excuse for fans to revisit the seedy, yet totally awesome world of Liberty City if they haven't done so in a while.

Seems Microsoft payed the rent.

It's pretty unfair to hold it off to PC users. They should still get it on the 30th, since no changes are being made there. Had the tables been turned, they would have released the PS3 version on time and delayed the PC version as usual.

I could care less. I won't be buying dlc for a game so old.
