In the event that you're a PS3 or PC owner who's been waiting to rack up some kills for The Lost or blow up a garage full of cars for a Russian mobster, you'll be slightly dismayed by the following news: Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City has been delayed for two weeks.
According to a recently-received e-mail from the publisher, Sony Europe requested some "minor content changes" to the PAL version of the disc, which bumps the release from March 30 to April 13 in North America (April 16 in PAL-land). The Rockstar rep also clarified:
"Despite our best efforts to work through this quickly, the two weeks were needed to complete submission. We understand and sympathise with the fans that will be upset by this delay. We want to assure our fans that the minor changes made to the game will not affect the gamers (sic) enjoyment of the games, these will not affect any gameplay elements and were not related to any local ratings requirements."
So, can you handle a two week-long wait after a year and some change since The Lost & Damned dropped on Xbox Live?
