Assuming you ain’t too proud to run away from danger in the name of success, then you’ll definitely want to check out X-Play’s latest Cheat! segment. In this installment, Kristin Adams explains how to clear the Spec Ops challenge Breach and Clear on Veteran in Modern Warfare 2 without suffering too many head wounds. Apparently, there are two very important rules if you find yourself in a prison shower: don’t drop the soap and don’t stop running until you fall through the giant hole in the floor at the end of the level. Good to know.

I did this like 3 months ago along with all the others. I shot a noob tube, threw a flash and then ran, I got done in about 17 sec. Snatch and Grab was the hardest IMO, thats one they should have done this for.

jeez, I thought I did it quick, I basically killed one of the guys carrying the riot shield, took it, and used it as cover all the way to the whole, then I saw the IW best time and was like "WTF, how?!"... lol, now I know

Of course you didnt show it for co-op where you need to throw the second stun. you have more life in single player....had it been co-op you would have been smoked
