For fans of Gearbox Software’s stylish shooter Borderlands who don’t have Xbox Live, or just prefer hard discs to digital downloads, but want to try out some of the game’s downloadable content, you’re in luck. On April 6, 2K games will release the Borderlands Double Game Add-On Pack (catchy name), which will include "The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned" and "Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot," for $20. Adding to the general weirdness of the pack, it will only be available for Xbox and PC.
I’m not entirely sure why "The Secret Armory of General Knoxx" isn’t included in the pack, nor was I aware that there were so many people playing Borderlands as a single-player only experience given that it’s specifically designed for online co-op. But I guess that’s why I’m not in charge of handling DLC packs at 2K.
How many offline-only Borderlands players are out there? Do you plan to pick up the DLC pack?

Me and my Uncharted 2 crew agreed to get it o play co-op but I was the only one who bought it so I played it solo. When my PS3 is fixed I'll probably co-op the DLC. I did do some split screen co-op with my brother in law and that was great, but my sister got mad at him for "wasting the day."

For some people, buying the DLC pack is easier than getting MS Points.
