In what most are guessing is part of a viral marketing campaign for Capcom's Dead Rising 2, there's a booth at the Game Developers Conference that's handing out "shots" for "zombrex" and a suggestion that "prevention is always better than a cure," and encouraging people to help protect their loved ones from becoming infected. Likely not coincidentally, just around the corner from the "zombrex" booth is the recruiting area for Blue Castle Games, who's currently developing Dead Rising 2.

hello would u like to hlep prevent a zombie outbreak in your town.. Then why not take zombrex..Thats right one shot of zombrex is specially designed to help you prevent eating loved ones and random people you know.So please go to the nearest pharmacy in your town and pick up your package for just $500..Side effects may include turning you into a zombie sorry we didnt have enough time to actully test it.. well we did.. didnt turn out to well.. well enjoy and say no to being a zombie =)

There's a vaccine! Yes! Bite or scratch no longer means death sentence by turning into the undead. However that leaves the most likely event that you'll receive an infection from that said bite or scratch from normal everyday bacteria/virus, a sad way to die in a zombie apocalyspe.

what if the prevention is the cause? what if the pharmaceutical company that manufactures zombrex is just using the general population as guinea pigs? did umbrella have a hand in this?
