It seems like Steve Wiebe's job these days is to come to various gaming-related conventions and attempt to beat the world record score for Donkey Kong over and over again. That's no different at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco this week, where someone else paid Wiebe to make another attempt at gaming history. I'll try to let you know if he succeeds.

Hey, wasn't just last week that Twin Galaxies confirmed there was a new record score for Donkey Kong by a plastic surgeon from NYC? Shouldn't he be trying to beat that score? At least he wouldn't be beating himself (unless he into that type of thing).

I think all three of those guys should sit down on national tv on three different machines and duke it out. Billy used to do that in the past, Steve we all know will do it in a heart beat, I have no idea who this new guy is. If he has any balls he will play Steve on TV.
If you issue the challenge and make a tourney for KING OF KONG that must be played live or your records are thrown away forever then Billy the scared sissy girl would have to show up and play.

I wonder if G4 has noticed but theres already a new king of Kong. A guy named Hank Chien beat the record by 12000 points and twin galaxies made it official so yeah so much for wiebe and mitchell.
