oh, and my guess as to why there's a "bulb" strapped to the end of one of the controllers is that they're using the tech that was used for motion actors. the little ping pong balls that they strap to the actors when making a video game (ex uncharted 2) or movies (ex golumn, lord of the rings). BUT i could be wrong and instead they're using the bulb to make it look less like a wii-mote.

Itd be cool if they could make a fps where you would have to actually use the whole "precise motion" to manually reload your gun. press the switch, whip out a new mag and put into the gun, then you'd have to pull back the slide to put a bullet in the chamber. But then it might be deemed too "realistic" by the esrb and it would get banned. wasted of a comment... maybe even throw a grenade and the harder you throw the further it goes. if they pull that off with a game that gets beautiful ratings then i'd gladly trade and arm and a leg for it.

Seriously.....NATAL.....more original? Tell that to my EYETOY...or hell even my standalone PSEYE.
I'm not saying, nor are they, Sony isn't borrowing some design queues and such but sweet lord I have never seen so many pots calling a kettle black before in my LIFE!
I agree with being cautious and until I use it I can't say what will be better however currently I see WAY more utility in MOVE.

dude everyone hating on valiant1991 for being honest, but just to be clear i hate the wii. Let's face it natal is coming out this year as well so the other 2 can close up shop when that happens

Anyone who prefers less acurracy to make the game easyer is just a noob. The wii was made for little kids. The PS-Move is the wii but more accurate and HD which sounds more fun to me.

This is probably another accessory that I will not get for my PS3. I already have a Wii so whats the point of getting this, I don't even play my Wii anymore but this just looks lame... Thats all I have to say... The Wii is a lot better than this.. but the Ps3 beats the Wii on every other level.

If you look at the PSMove Sub-Controller it kinda looks like a Submarine maybe that's why they called it the Sub-Controller. Sony kinda called this WiiHD so I guess that's what they're going for beating Nintendo at their own game.

Im a sony fan but when it came to their so called Motion controller, i must say... they should have re-designed the way the controller looks. Plus, the bulb at the controller?? what does it do?? i m not really impress with the way they did their DEMO for their controller BUT i was impress with the SOCOM 4 gameplay and the way the controller was integrated to it. No offense, but from the looks of it, the NATAL project seems to be more promising than the PS MOVE. I forgot to mention the fact that the games they did were good!! i just don't like the fact that their motion controller is just a redesigned BOOSTED UP version of the WII controller and their games are all HD.

What they aren't talking about is how this will incorporate with 3D tech. Can't wait for that bombshell.
