MLB 10: The Show

The sport of Baseball somehow manages to be incredibly boring and incredibly fun at the same time -- neat trick, Baseball! Our own Jake Gaskill, however, is never boring, and he reviewed baseball simulator MLB 10: The Show to see if this video version of our National Pastime is as awesome as Derek Jeter, as terrible as Rob Deer or as middle of the road as some boring guy who plays for the Twins.

According to Jake:

"It’s not a perfect game, and it still suffers from a number of issues found in last year’s iteration, but the overall package is something that no baseball-loving PlayStation 3 owner should miss. This one is meat."

You heard it here first: The Show is meat. Read the rest of the review, right here.

Maybe for the other platforms this game may be great but, the PSP version of the game took a step backwards. Reason for this is because they took away the ability to upgrade your lineups and especially not being able to play people all over the world only Ad-Hoc play!
You don't take things away from a previous years game, you add things to them! That's what made MLB THE SHOW the franchise that it is now, except that this years version they have gotten cheap and proclaim to be better but, in reality they turned this game to a PSONE version with good graphics and when wireless connection was not an option. This game should have been a 10 but, this years version is a mere 5. Hey, what you want? Am a tough critic.
