The lawsuits have begun in the struggle between the former leadership of Infinity Ward and the current owner of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 developer, Activision. Former CTO Jason West and president Vince Zampella have officially filed a lawsuit against Activision, seeking compensation for royalties related to Modern Warfare 2 and trying to assert control future of the Modern Warfare brand.
