What's happening in Portal right now is subtle and mysterious. What's happening with Valve's teasing of a Mac-related announcement is quite the opposite. Valve has begun sending out a series of teaser images themed with Mac-related imagery and starting their well-known characters from Half-Life 2, Team Fortress 2 and Portal. It's all adding up to...something...that I'd guess is being announced very soon.
There have been indications recently that Steam is headed to Macs. These teasers seem to suggest not only is Steam getting a Mac client, but Valve's catalog could be headed to the platform, too.

I would like to point out that that the top picture is accurate.
Sure right now you got your level 1 sentry against an Apeture science turret, obviously the turret is more powerful. For 200 metal, the level 2 sentry is on par with the turret, and for 200 more metal, it's overkill. You want a better turret you will need an entirely new model of turret.

Update Steam and check teh appcache folder - osx.menu file.

I dont Understand why people WANT steam. It's pretty terrible. Took them over 12 hours to release Supreme Commander 2 the other day after they said it was available. Did the same thing for L4D2.

So now what your saying is that HL2ep3 and Portal 2 are going to be announced on my birthday. AND I'm going to be able to play them on my MAC, this month just keeps getting better.

This would be epic, ever since I got a Macbook for college I've pretty much abandoned PC's but the one thing that I miss about them was being able to play on Steam.

That would be nice, Valve. I wouldn't mind playing some Half-Life on the Mac because the 360 is all I got and i prefer a game like that with a keyboard and mouse.
