The last time we heard about SEGA’s secret agent RPG Alpha Protocol was back in October when the game was officially delayed until spring 2010. As you may have noticed, it’s current spring 2010, and there’s no AP on store shelves. Before you start screwing on those silencers, you should know that the game will actually be here sooner rather than later.
SEGA and AP developer Obsidian told IGN today (and SEGA just confirmed to me) that eagerly awaiting wannabe spies will be leveling up their secret agents starting June 1.
When SEGA (reluctantly) admitted the game was in fact delayed, they said it was to allow Obsidian more time to make the game as solid as possible. I guess we’ll know in a few months if that extra time was well spent. I’m really hoping it was.

If it comes out June 1st I'll be surprised. It looks like a really cool game too but.....

This game better be amazing. Seriously, I have such high hopes for this game. I am not one to let Hype ruin a game for me, I always give a game a good chance no matter how much I am looking forward to it. However, they have had a long time to realy perfect this game and I hope it was time well spent. It looks great and I can not wait to delve inot the experience and kick some arse!

Yeah they can date it all they want, let's just hope they can keep that date. I'm sure they will. Hopefully the game is solid though.

As many have said before, developers and publishers are just murdering my wallet.
