Three new characters for Super Street Fighter IV were officially unveiled this morning: Ibuki, Makoto and Dudley.
Martial artist Makoto, ninja Ibuki and pugilist Dudley are favorites from the cast of various iterations of Street Fighter III . That's Dudley in the picture above, mixing it up with Guile... ouch, that's a massive left cross! The game comes out in May for the PS3 and 360.
Sit tight for a bit, and we'll have videos of all three fighters in action, as well as a grip of new screenshots, soon.

Is it not enough for you to get to play the new games early? I love all the G4 peeps that play street fighter. Yes even Adam Sessmaster when he is playing street fighter he is alright by me.

i'm glad they added characters from street fighter 3 but it would be nice if capcom took out dan, guy and cody from the game and added new characters or at least characters from the catalog worthy to be on the roster. having new modes, more characters and the bonus stages was something they should've put into the last game instead of having us shell out 40 bucks to double dip.

Few days late, but Awesome......From all he vids I've seen about the new 3rd strike character, Dudley's voice sounds like, "Gutter Trash." They got to bring Francis back, because he is the true voice of Dudley.

I'm So Stoked For This!!! Now Who Is Our Last Fighter? Elena Or That Arab Grappler They Spoke Of Hoken or something like that is his name? Who knows? Evil Ryu? I'm excited to find out but Ibuki was one of my Favorite SF3 Characters so that's sweet!

Yeah I usually get my SF news from Eventhubs or SRK. Although I love it when you guys have some exclusive in game SSF4 footage.

Well, there's one more character that they haven't revealed yet, so there are a total of 10 new characters. They should be revealing the final new combatant within the next month or so.

Yeah! Love your stuff Stephen, but all of us don't need to sit tight and wait for pictures and or video. Famitsu released all the pics you can handle. Eventhubs.com has the videos as well as pics galore. Hadoken.net, Capcom-unity.com have all the videos and pics, with threads and daily blogs for all your STREET FIGHTER needs. You know, it might just be me, but I'm pretty sure that both Ibuki and Makoto are also from the SF3 series, and we're fan favorites for the street fighter 4 remake.
Anyway, the article author's ignorant comments aside, I think Dudley is gonna be awesome. Ibuki's also got some pretty sick looking Ultras in her arsenal.

Actually, all three of these characters have appeared in one or more games within the Street Fighter 3 series.
