the game is ok its woth 60 dollars stories are fun and online is fun too but i have a stict NAT type :( so i can only play whe my freind invites me but surrvival is really fun i enjoy being aliens and predators aren't gods you jus need to look out for lasers and noises predator hunt is awesome

Maybe it's just the fact that this game provides a "first person melee", but the attack mechanics seem really rather clumsy (especially with the Alien 15 minute clip that's been posted). Perhaps even more clumsy is the application of a 360 degree field of movement for the alien campaign.
On the Predator side of the campaign, the attacks seem really mechanical and lacks the (for lack of a better word) grace seen in games like Assassin's Creed 2 when a melee kill is performed. Happily, more games are incorporating this "method" into their game mechanics (e.g. in Halo: Reach whenever a stealthy melee kill is performed), and I was certainly expecting to see it in this game. The Predator seems to use brute force rather than stealth, which is kind of a let down, to be honest. I've got to admit, however, that the triangulated plasma weapon is pretty neat.
I'd like to hear Mr. Sessler's thoughts on this.

That looked alright, though the mechanics seem a bit distinct yet quite predictable. The gameplay looked O.K, in terms of the combat and engine, first person.
It looked O.K, the graphics ain't too shaby, neither are the surroundings so it seems it can be a unique kind of game. But overall, it looked pretty nice and I'm sure the experience is the difference than the gameplay.

the predator is definetly the defining part of this game. the alien controls are wack and it takes like 5 hits to kill a puny scientist. humans are pretty cool cuz it has that scary feeling of being hunted by aliens and im pretty sure ur gonna be fighting predators. i also think the trophy kills (ripping his head/spine out) are pretty awesome.

What's better than popping a marines head off with the spinal cord still connected. Ahhhh perfectly executed gory violence. Can't wait, getting my copy today.
