Wait, wait, wait. What the heck, right? We just published a new episode of Feedback, but we're already asking for a user question of the week? It's true. We're going to be at DICE next week, which means we're recording next week's episode of Feedback early. There may even be a special, DICE-exclusive version of Feedback (stay tuned for details!) It's all out of love. What should we talk about?

I was very disheartened when Six Days in Fallujah was dropped because I've always loved games where it's story before action. I'm loved Heavy Rain and I was wondering if you think more games with de-emphasized combat are in the horizon.

For the first time since the birth of the industry students are able to get a degree in Game Design, Programming and Art. How do you believe this will effect the industry?

I know it's been a long time now, but is Champions Online ever going to grace the 360? I really think it's time for consoles to get a good MMO. The only reason I was looking forward to Champions Online was the fact that it was the only MMO that was being developed for the 360. I want a game to play with some real longevity that I can enjoy with friends or random strangers without having to update graphix cards and the like every year or so. BTW the reason I want one on the 360 versus the PS3 is I have many more friends on the 360 that I know love RPGs. (thank you borderlands)

I thank Adam for Feedback because it give credit to video games which in the "Old Days" if you were talking about games either you didn't have a life or you were 11, But thinks to this show any G4TV it has moved into the realm of conversation. Sorry about the rant. To the question With games like Battlefield: Bad Company 2 going back to semi-roots that they had in Battlefield 2 & 2142 with the Dog tags and level system do you believe that game companies like DICE that have made great games before might have more interest into making a new game but just keeping the old system I know I don't speak for everyone but a idea like that might mean less innovation on there behalf but with games like Modern Warfare 2 I would rather have the old system then the new.

To Adam:
What's up with the Wikipedia bit about you getting attack at home by David Davidson? Is this true?

Is there one thing coming up this year at E3 that stands out to you as a good thing, and then is there a bad thing and what is it?

With Fable 3 revealing that there wil be no XP to collect and no levels to gain and with Final Fantasy 14 where your character doesn't really gain levels (just your weapon). Do you all see a trend towards unconventional RPGs? Did anything Peter Molyneux Say piss anyone off?
At first glance, it does kinda look like he is taking the RPG out. It looks very interesting none the less.

I remember a time when all we talked about was the console wars, Nitendo, Microsoft and Sony. is the possibility of one of these three heavy competitors no longer creating another console? Which company is losing ground? and What would that mean for gamers? - i ask this because im a Microsoft fan all around, even if they annoy me with paying for Live and the 360 mortality rates, but when playstation sells i think to myself "good" because i beleive this means Microsoft will have to step up their game

With the recent dropping of Alan Wake to the PC it has left me wondering if having a powerful PC is even worth it now. I understand that the gaming industry is thriving like it has have before but what happened to the PC era? Should I invest my money into more game consoles now so I can enjoy the games that are becoming exclusive to each and leave my PC to only do internet browsing or do you think that putting money into my PC's processor and video cards are still worth the purchase?

With the impending release of Heavy Rain, I've begun to see many advertisements for the game, some of which contain statements such as "Hollywood Production Values" and "Movie Quality Narrative." Do you think it is fair to compare the two separate mediums and do you think such comparisons convey negative implications e.g. video games will never be as good as movies?

I wanted to hear your opinions on all of these Movie/Blockbuster type games coming out over the years ranging from MGS4, Mass Effect 2, Uncharted 2 to Heavy Rain that's coming out soon. Thanks, Bye.

Since the episode is on DICE, which means you'll be taking about Battlefield Bad Company 2, How do you think it will be also. Another question, do you think it will have good sales or not?

It seems over the last couple years there have been much more intresting and disturbing villian charecters in video games. For example Lucifer in Dantes Inferno instead of being a giant demon brute is much sly, cunning, creepy, and overall pretty disturbing. Other charecters like Saren in Mass Effect and Andrew Ryan in the the oringnal Bioshock also show these much more complex villians. Do you think more developers will try to make more of these distubing villians that leave impressions on gamers or is this just a short phase in the industry.

Talk about how to get into the game industry!

My question is I really like MMO's such as WoW but I like to play games on my 360 not my computer. I want to see a great MMO for the console not necessarily the WoW universe. It could be a western or a space exploration type of game like mass effect, but with that several players will make your experience not as you unique. So my question is will we ever see a MMO with a great story, gameplay, etc, but released on the console?.

Many games released in the only the last few years have started a push towards much mor sophisticated narrative. Assassins Creed 2, The Mass Effect series, Bioshock, and of course Heavy rain. But it makes me wonder: Do you think will this push developers of less story focused games such as Call of duty to tighten the story elements in their games? Aswell should they?

My question is inspired by Heavy Rain. I played the demo and the entire time I had a smile on my face, but what bothered me is what the future of Heavy Rain's innovations will be.
As soon as I finished the demo i started thinking of other games of the past that tried to create new and innovative features to push forward progress on the gaming market, but where crushed by that middle ground gamer who is only comfortable with games that remind him of things he/she has seen before.
When I played Eternal Darkness and Cubivore on my Gamecube, Seaman on my Dreamcast, and most recently Mirror's Edge on the 360, I saw games that were trying creative ways to expand the gaming universe into places that are fun because they are unconventional, but poor reception by gamers who don't want to try anything new crushed these games so that no further progress could be made.
So my question is, What is the solution to creating games that bring completely original ideas, or creative twists to common staple aspects, and at the same time giving these pioneer companies enough monetary stability to feel confident about creating what has been forced into being a risky endeavor?

Does Abbie try to be the perfect girl? Or does it kinda just happen?
That's what i wanna know.

It's quite a struggle to find and play most old games nowadays. If you wanted to play System Shock 2 (an 11 year old game) today, not only would you have a problem finding it, but you'd also have a hard time getting it to work on a new PC. Goldeneye would be a tough game to play as well, because if you don't have an N64, you're out of luck.
While it's not yet completely impossible to play "old" classics now, I'd be surprised if the original Deus Ex is still an option in 20 years. However if you want to watch the 1929 silent film Nosferatu, you can stream it to your xbox almost instantly.
Do you see this as a problem? How can classic games ever exist without being "modern classics" if most of them have such a short lifespan? What am I going to tell my grand kids when they want to play Bioshock in 2052?
