We’ve known since last year’s Tokyo Game Show that Sony plans to release motion control-enabling updates for such popular titles as LittleBigPlanet, Resident Evil 5. Well, now Sony has confirmed that it will retrofit even more existing IPs with motion controls in the future.
In an interview with the Official PlayStation Magazine UK (via CVG), Sony Worldwide Studios Europe senior vice-president Michael Denny said, "We are both working on new games and looking at applications to our existing franchises.”
Two newly revealed franchises scheduled to receive the motion control treatment are Pain and Flower.
I love that we know which games will support Sony’s new technology yet we still don’t have a name for it. Good stuff.

It looks like it wouldn't feel super tacked on in flower. That game is already motion control.

I think its a good idea cause it will use motion controls like they should based on how much power u sue instead of just being able to flick your hand and it works plus u get a huge graphic increase and maybe theyll even be able to add in our home avatars.

It's all about the money, and i don't mind options on what i'm able to play on my system.
Its a plus to me. Same with natal

I think the motion controllers will only add to games as a whole. I highly doubt they are going to turn any hardcore franchise into a motion only game. There will most likely be an option to use motion or your standard controller, so after you beat the game with the controller you can give it a try with the motion controller. It will at least invoke a little more replay value, and could possibly be better. If its not to your liking then you don't have to use it.

Why is everyone trying to copy of the success of nintendo? I mean motion controls for me is just lame, and this is basically just a cheap way for sony to cater to the less hardcore gaming audience aka old people.
