This year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo (or as I call it, E3) might be a few months away, but that doesn’t mean you should avoid getting all hot and bothered over what delights it will shower upon the gaming world. And what better way to get the juices flowing than pouring over the preliminary attendee’s list, which the kind folks over at the Entertainment Software Association recently released.
All of the usual suspects will be in attendance (Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, EA, Activision, etc.), but there will also be a few newcomers including on-demand gaming services OnLive and Gaikai. A few noteworthy omissions from the list include KOEI, SouthPeak Interactive, High Voltage Software and NCsoft. The list is obviously subject to change, but the current one will have to do for now.

Let us hope Nintendo has a more impressive conference this year with some sort of first party offerings that are NOT minigame compilations. We, also, don't need another version of the DS. The Wii could do with some more mature rated content as well.
