Sega’s Yakuza 3 will soon be pummeling its way onto the PlayStation 3, and as with all highly anticipated games, Sega will release a super special premium elite edition of the game...but only in Europe.
The Yakuza 3 Battle Pack doesn’t have a price yet, but we do know that it will include:
- Four pieces of DLC
- Battle for Survival – Take on all the bosses of Yakuza 3 as Kazuma
- All-Star Tournament (Seven character tournament)
- All-Star Tag Tournament (Eight team tournament)
- Haruka’s Request - This unique series of challenge missions will send you on a task of exploration throughout the entire Yakuza world, playing mini-games and entertaining Haruka.
- 31 track soundtrack
- Yakuza Who’s Who – Learn how all the characters are connected and who turned from rivals to allies in this fully animated guide
But gamers in North America won't be totally left out. If you pre-order the game, you will receive a collection of two-player mini-games (golf, pool, bowling and darts) as well as four alternative costumes for Kazuma, Haruka and Rikiya. It's no Battle Pack, but it's better than nothing. Right?
Yakuza 3 hits shelves (and anything else that gets in its way) March 9.

Why are game companies screwing the US when it comes exclusives recently, especially Sega. Bayonetta was released in Japan and Europe with awesome collector's bundles. The US got 5 dollar's off for pre-ordering at Gamestop and some crappy posters. Final Fantasy XII is getting a collector's edition in Europe, the US is getting nothing extra. Now Yakuza 3 gets a great collector's edition in Europe while the US gets a few costumes and minigames.

I'm tempted to buy this even though I don't have a Ps3. I've played the first two (highly) underrated games and expect even more now that its on Ps3.

Somewhere in the office, Matt Keil is angrily punching something over these exclusives.
