This Week's New Releases: BioShock 2, Dante's Inferno

This week sees the release of two biggies: 2K’s high profile sequel BioShock 2 and EA’s God of War-plus-classic-literature action title Dante’s Inferno. Both games are certainly worthy of your time, but you might want to check out Patrick Klepek’s Dante’s review and my BioShock 2 review to see what you can expect from both titles. After all, a man/woman chooses; a slave obeys.

Awesome Week in my books, Bioshock 2 and Dante's Inferno both seem like excellent games and could be GOTY contenders, of course not for G4 but maybe for me personally.

noooooo. all of these good games are coming out and my xbox just rrod'ed ...tear i thought i was past this iv had it for like 3 years and all of the sudden right before bioshock 2 comes out it dies

Really seems like the tide of good games is shifting back to sony, MS has lost a lot of good exclusives (dead rising 2, lost planet 2, star ocean. and tales of vesparia) not to mention Heavy Rain, God of War 3, Yakuza 3, and Atelier Rorona are all coming out this year as PS3 exclusives.

I know everyone will be all excited about Bioshock 2, but I will be very happy to get Dante's Inferno. I'm not into FPS so Bioshock games are not interesting to me.

I guess it's a win-win for everyone.
