Left 4 Dead 2 Boycott Ending Next Week

Congratulations to both BioWare and Valve are in order. Dragon Age: Origins has sold 2.7 million copies worldwide since its launch and Left 4 Dead 2 has moved 2.9 million units.

The numbers were revealed during an Electronic Arts call detailing their latest financial results.

Both Dragon Age: Origins and Left 4 Dead 2 were released in November last year. Both were available on both Xbox 360 and PC. Only Left 4 Dead 2 was not available on PlayStation 3.

Im wondering how you were disappointed. By the amazing amount of armor and weapons. Or maybe it was the massive storyline. Maybe it was the in depth class system. Or maybe it was the fact that you didnt play enough of huge game to truly appreciate it. I'm not angry. i love both of these games, but you cant fairly judge a game you didnt play enough of to appreciate.

my theory: casual gamers get very turned off when they here a game about knights and mages and its all medieval and what not. when they see a game about shooting zombie brains all over walls, people will buy. rising trend maybe in the future? who knows.

I also got L4D2 for 40.00 bucks, and it was worth it. Also it also has a category all its own, with the coop zombie killing.

    Why I didn't get DAO, I ask?...ME2, enough said.

L4D doesn't deserve those sales, but I am glad for DAO. It's the fact that worthless shooters like L4D outsell games that take extreme talent and time to make like DAO that causes great games to be few and far between.

All I know is, I get that not so fresh feeling after a Jockey rides my skull.

I have both and I feel like Dragon Age Origins has a better value for me. If you'd give me the choice between either, I'd go with DAO.
