Perfect Dark fans rejoice! Rare revealed via Twitter today that its long anticipated Xbox Live Arcade remastered version of its classic N64 shooter Perfect Dark will be playable at Microsoft’s X10 press event next week.
The game has been a long time coming, and my guess is we’ll finally hear a solid release date come next week. The G4 crew will be at the event, so be sure to check back then for our impressions of this and the other titles expected to be on display.

Conker for the N64! So many multiplayer modes and the reasson I bought an N64! If perfect dark can come out, we need conker! Especially since the xbox version will be offline starting next month!

this is (next to the Legend of Zelda) my favorite game of all time. it was the Halo before Halo and i am so happy that i will be able to play it again. this game better have online play. the original had a good story but the multiplayer was so great that(in my opinion)it rivals many shooters today in that it has more weapons all together than most current games. the guns were all great except the one-shot kills (i'm talking to you Farsight). if it doesnt have online play, someone's getting hurt

To be honest with any of you I never thought I would see the day. I have been dreaming of the day where I could relive perfect dark on my xbox for some time now. This game and golden eye pretty much were the revelation of its day. All Iv got to say is I hope it has online multi-player. I loved how you could guide rockets (much like the predator muscle in mw2).
Now please for the love of all that is good in the world can we get an HD version of goldeneye.

I remember how amazed I was by the reflections off that blue marble floor.
I played this game an obscene number of times. Something about the physics engine just made fighting seem so satisfiying.

Its amazing to look back on games like this and think how the graphics looked so good. now they just look flat. The texture work looks pretty good though, considering how few poly's they use.
