L.A. Noire will not be a PlayStation 3 exclusive. It will be playable on the 360 too.
As you read yesterday, Rockstar's long-in-development open world period piece will be featured on the cover and within of the next issue of Game Informer, but the news of the console addition came early, by way of a comment from editor Matthew Kato, who posted: "It's not a PS3-exclusive...it was at one point, but it's coming out for the PS3 and 360."
All you 360 gamers should take a deep breath and thank God and Rockstar: I have a very good feeling about this game, and it's not just because I love fedoras so much.

Yes!! I'm a hard-boiled fan of hard-boiled fiction and classic noir movies, so I'm looking forward to this game as much as anything that's coming out this year. Woo-Hoo!

this is going to be awsome! For a second when it said that it wont be a PS3 exclusive i thought it meant not on the PS3! But then i saw that it said it will ALSO be on the xbox360 i got really exited. This is going to be great game....i can tell. And plus..its ROCKSTAR.

Thats b/c rockstar realized that PS3 owners don't really buy games for some reason. Even PS3's best games like Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 sell only like 2 million copies.
halo 3= 8 mill
MW2= 6 mill
GTA 4= 4 mill
Big games on the 360 atleast 2 mill
so by going on the 360 they don't double their sales they quadruple their sales

lol@bassmasterson dude so far all youve done is prove youre an idiot, a hippocrite and worse, a fanboy. Sorry dude but neither system is better. Yeah 360 PWNS on multiplayer cause they got that nailed down, but its got a failure rate that has only just gotten under control now, what like 3-4 years after its release (I honestly don't remember). And yeah the PS3 is a very mean machine, but the thing is, the reason why theres so few exclusives is because its such a HUGE pain in the ### to program for it, that coupled with the fact that its interface is at lest 5 times more unintuitive than war and peace (the book, not the movie, though the movies pretty iffy too). So yeah, the ps3's got blu-ray, thats why I'm glad I got both systems SUCKAAA!

This was anounced some time ago. I'll be getting this on the 360 and if it's multiplayer I'm sure it will sell more on the 360 as well.

I don t know why people are so shocked I mean it was kind of obvious Rockstar would do this I mean when it comes down to it they want to make the most money and by making it on PS3 and 360 will only maximize sales smart move. I mean they doing the same thing with the GTA 4 expansion on PS3 and PC not to mention they ported GTA 3, vice city and san andreas to Xbox years after they were on the PS2 it just comes down to money they know the more platforms its on the more games it will sell.

I thought this news broke quite some time ago, like in the middle of last year. From what I've read, Sony put a ton of money into LA Noire and when Rockstar decided to make it multiplatform, "Agent" was promised as a PS3 exclusive.
For Sony's sake, Agent better outperform (or at least match) LA Noire in every way possible.

wow huge news! when a game goes from exclusive ps3 to multiplatform evrybodys gotta start thinkin they got one over on sony system. well geuss what when mass effect or splinter cell exclusives go to ps3 its not news. bioshock got some hype but who really cares, hardcores will have both systems anyway. your bias is to obvious tho toward 360. hope yer at least getting paid or its just for no reason. ps3 has made the jump to the better system. maybe g4 should too.
instead of thumbs down which is obvious, tell me why xbox is better, now, not 2 years ago. i think its because you pay for XBL so you feel you have to love it more because your invested in thinking you love it more. the only thing i play on 360 anymore is ME2 and GTA expansion, some arcade. why do i hate my xbox so, i dont know? it got old slower than wii tho

Good news for everyone. This way we won't have to hear any of that "my system is better cuz it's has LA Noire and yours doesn't" crap.
