I'm not certain, but the following "Infestation Mode" trailer for Sega's Aliens vs. Predator might be violating Xenomorph reproduction. Infestation mode plays out like many multiplayer variants before it (a favorite of mine is the "zombie" modes in Halo) where one player (Alien) takes on a much larger group (Space Marines) and systematically one-by-one converts them after a frag, culminating in a last-man-standing scenario. Again, we've seen it before many times, but the nerd factor of playing within an Aliens-infested arena just can't be ignored.

A vast improvement over the older PC game that mostly veterans of the series would appreciate. By the way, the older version of this game was largely made up of Armed Forces players from around the world that played this game religiously as it has more "Real Life" strategy & tactics then it first appears.
I just hope they don't let us down this time around.

this was one of my favorite modes in AVP2 multiplayer, I just hope it allows for lots of players to be involved, and I remember in AVP2 multiplayer the fun maps to play this in were in areas where survivors could corner themselves, focusing their fire in one direction
I also remember, kind of like how Left 4 Dead lets infected play as the tank, the AVP2 multiplayer would allow for a queen to spawn which could do more damage and take more fire, allowing for chances to break through the lines
anyhow, very much looking forward to this game

Some of the Dev's are in the videos stating that they were part of the first game, we just have to have faith that those devs influenced this game. Also MP demo is out tomorrow so just check it out yourself.

Every single time I watch a video for this game it looks better and better. Then, I am forced to remind myself that Rebellion is making this game. You know, the studio that has thrown up such awesome hits as "Shellshock: Blood Trails" and "Rouge Warrior".
I do not know what to believe. Is there separate teams at Rebellion?? Maybe one team is crap, and the Alien vs Predator team knows what it is doing? Or do they have some really good trailer editors who know how to make a crappy game look awesome?? I guess we shall soon find out.

I have a feeling that this game is going to be one of those sleeper hits, at first a few will buy and then it will take of like a rocket.
