It's only a precious few weeks until we return to Rapture. To gain a better understanding in what's in store, who players will be up against and why we're all returning to Rapture in the first place, X-Play caught up with BioShock 2 creative director Jordan Thomas to discuss the new underwater threat and why she's so angry that you've come to mess everything up.

For all you naysayers and *shutter* "I Don't Know If It Will Be As Good As The Original" *shutter*, stop your whining and check it...

I absolutely loved the first game, and am looking forward to the second...but at the same time I'm somewhat wary. I'm sure it will be a good game, but in the back of my mind I'm wondering "What if it can't hold up to the first"

im really looking forward to this game, i loved the first one and this one looks great. but i have heard enough about the big sister and Sophia Lamb. i was hoping this preview would mention more about the other characters but oh well :P

this looks really good. at least know you can become a big daddy, and the little sisters, ohh they will be harvested. call me what you will but i hate kids. and(stay with me.) if there were to be a thrid one we better get in the big sister suit thing. I HAVE SPOKEN!

This looks really good, but I'll have to get the first game before I get this one.

I'm just gonna rent this one. I loved the first, but it was one of those games that felt complete and didnt need a sequel, espeically if you got the good ending. Then, suddenly, we've got the second one coming out and I still cant understand what's supposed to be going on, it seems to me like they're just cashing in on the success of the first one. Dont get me wrong, I'm sure it'll be great, but from a narrative perspective, they should have just left well enough alone with the first one.

Theres a few games that have potential coming out about the same time as one another. I'm super excited to grab Mass Effect 2, but the first Bioshock was a real treat because of the originality. This time around it looks like we got ourselves a winner. A little brighter with a more light hearted feel, built for total destruction, death, and chaos. My cup of tea, BF2, should be hella fresh as well. The single player demo was really well done. Yaayyyy for Bioshock 2. Is the demo out yet? Maybe, I shouldn't be so sloth like and look me self...

Gotta get this for me self!

Actually, it seems to be a departure from the Art Deco setting of the original. The more I look at this game, the more it seems they put less of an effort into the detail and architecture of the environments. I hope the story and multiplayer is able to carry the weakening of the production design.

The thumbs down system is being abused, watch, this comment will get thumbed out.
I have a feeling either Feet360, rejectx13 or some other foaming at the mouth fanboy is
doing this without commenting to their objections to what they are thumbing down.

I'd rather play Hello Kitty than Bioshock

It looks almost like the first game. Just with different names.
