New Mass Effect 2 Screens Are

It's been impossible to avoid the massive marketing campaign Electronic Arts and BioWare rolled out for the launch of Mass Effect 2, but it appears to be paying off. The two companies announced this morning Mass Effect 2 has already "sold-in" more than two million units. Cue the money hats.

"Sold-in" does not mean sold to consumers. It just means EA has shipped more than two million copies of Mass Effect 2 to retailers. Those games still have to be passed onto customers. The sheer amount of demand for the game by retailers, evidenced by this news, bodes well for that happening.
